Institute of the Red Professorship
The Institute of the Red Professorship ( Russian Институт красной профессуры ) was a social science cadre university of the CPSU from 1921 to 1938 .
Michail Nikolajewitsch Pokrowski and then Wladimir Gustawowitsch Groman acted as dean until 1931 .
