The Inur-Sacato-Kraftwerk (also Inur-Sakato-Kraftwerk or Centro Electrical Oecusse ) is the largest power station in the East Timorese exclave Oe-Cusse Ambeno . It is located in Suco Nipane ( Pante Macassar Administrative Office ). The power plant belongs to the Electricidade de Timor-Leste (EDTL).

The construction costs for the power plant, which was completed in 2015, amounted to 37 million US dollars. It is a thermal power plant with four generators that can be operated with light oil or natural gas . A gas and steam combined cycle power plant complements this. The total output is 17.3 MW. It was built by the Finnish company Wärtsilä . Previously, in Oe-Cusse Ambeno, electricity was only generated by the hour using diesel generators. Wärtsilä also took on the training of local staff and operation until 2022.
