Invader (* 1969 ) is a French street artist.

Invader is known for immortalizing characters from the game Space Invaders as mosaic pictures and hanging them all over the world. He started in 1998 in Paris , later other French cities followed, including: Aix-en-Provence , Grenoble , Montpellier , Marseille , Avignon , Rennes , Pau , Bordeaux . However, he fixed these mosaic tiles not only in France , but all over the world: Antwerp , Bern , London , Tokyo , Geneva , Rome , Berlin , Vienna , Newcastle upon Tyne , Cologne , Lausanne , Bonn , Amsterdam , New York City , Los Angeles , San Diego , Bangkok , Basel , Miami Beach, Rabat. He attached one of his works of art to the Hollywood Sign .

He plays a role in the film Exit Through the Gift Shop , together with his cousin Thierry Guetta .
