Ioannis Fetfatzidis ( Greek Γιάννης Φετφατζίδης ; * December 21, 1990 in Drama ) is a Greek football player who is currently under contract with Aris Thessaloniki . His preferred position is the offensive midfield.

Career

Fetfatzidis played for Olympiacos Piraeus in his youth, where he has been part of the professional squad since 2009. He made his Super League debut on October 31, 2009 when he came on as a substitute for the game against Atromitos Athens . He scored his first goal on October 16, 2010 in the game against Skoda Xanthi . With Olympiakos Piraeus he was multiple Greek champion and cup winner. In the summer of 2013 Fetfatzidis signed a four-year contract with the Italian first division club Genoa, which paid four million euros for 75 percent of the transfer rights to Olympiacos.

He made his debut for the Greek national team on October 8, 2010 when he came on as a substitute for the game against Latvia . On February 9, 2011, he scored his first goal in the game against Canada .
