Iryna Skljarenko

Iryna Skljarenko ( Ukrainian Ірина Скляренко , English transcription Iryna Sklyarenko ; born November 7, 1961 ) is a former Ukrainian marathon runner .

In 1987 she was eleventh in the Soviet championship and eighth in the Bila Tserkva marathon , in 1988 she was second in the Uzhgorod marathon with her personal best of 2:34:25 h. The following year she was second in the Cleveland Marathon and tenth in the Berlin Marathon .

In 1992 she won the Turin Marathon , in 1993 she was tenth in the Paris Marathon , and in 1994 she won the Stockholm Marathon .

In 1998 she finished second in the Rome Marathon and the Maratona d'Italia . In 2000 she finished second in the Lausanne Marathon .
