Isak Arvidsson (born August 6, 1992 in Hjo ) is a Swedish tennis player .

Career

Isak Arvidsson mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . So far, he has celebrated three tournament wins in singles and 13 wins in doubles on the Future Tour. He made his debut on the ATP World Tour in July 2013 at the SkiStar Swedish Open when he and Micke Kontinen received a wildcard in the double competition and competed against Martín Alund and João Souza in the first round of the main field . They lost the game in two sets with 4: 6 and 6: 7 (5: 7). In the same year he also received a wildcard in the doubles competition for the If Stockholm Open , but was eliminated again in the first round.

Arvidsson has been playing for the Swedish Davis Cup team since 2013 . He played his first game in the quarter-finals against Ukraine . He lost both the first game against Oleksandr Dolhopolov and the decisive fifth game against Serhiy Stachowskyj .
