Martín Alund (born December 26, 1985 in Mendoza ) is a retired Argentine tennis player .

Career

Martín Alund was particularly successful on the ATP Challenger Tour . He won seven titles in doubles with changing partners. On February 18, 2013 he broke through the top 100 in the world rankings for the first time, his highest ranking was 83rd in March of the same year.

His only participation in Grand Slam tournaments was in 2013 at the French Open and the Wimbledon Championships , where he did not survive the opening round.

After a break of more than a year due to injuries, Alund decided to retire from professional tennis in 2017.
