Beutelschmidt a Růžička was a Czechoslovak manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The engineers František Beutelschmidt and Růžička founded the company in Prague in 1923 for the production of automobiles. Karel Krčil's company was also involved in the production. The brand name was Isis . In 1928 production ended after about 20 copies were made.

The first model was only made for 3 months. For driving a provided two-cylinder - two-stroke engine of the motor factory Paul Baer . The engine made 16 hp from 770 cm³ displacement . The carburetor came from Solex and the ignition from Bosch . The transmission had four gears. The top speed of the open two-seater was given as 70 km / h.
