The Isson (also known as Cavé in the estuary ) is a river in France that runs in the Marne department in the Grand Est region . It rises in the municipality of Drosnay , drains in the upper reaches first to the northeast, then generally swings to the northwest and after about 20 kilometers flows into the Marne as a left tributary in the municipality of Frignicourt .
