Saint-Remy-en-Bouzemont-Saint-Genest-et-Isson is a French commune with 518 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Marne department in the Grand Est region . It belongs to Sermaize-les-Bains and was the capital of the canton of Saint-Remy-en-Bouzemont-Saint-Genest-et-Isson until its dissolution in 2015 .
With 45 characters, the place bears the longest name of a French municipality. It was created in 1836 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities of Saint-Remy-en-Bouzemont , Saint-Genest and Isson .

The municipality is located around twelve kilometers southeast of Vitry-le-François and is crossed by the Isson River. Neighboring municipalities are: Moncetz-l'Abbaye in the northeast, Arrigny in the east, Outines in the south, Drosnay in the southwest, Gigny-Bussy in the west and Arzillières-Neuville in the northwest.
