Coole is a French commune with 145 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Marne department in the Grand Est region in the Vitry-le-François arrondissement in the canton of Vitry-le-François-Champagne et Der (until 2015: Sompuis canton ).

In the village, the Départementsstraße D4, where the Départementstraße D81 meets, and the N4 intersect . The Coole river, which later flows into the Marne, has its source in the village.

The population of the municipality fell from 218 in 1962 to 140 in 2009.
