Saint-Denis is a small Italian municipality in the autonomous region of Aosta Valley .

Saint-Denis has 371 inhabitants and is located at an altitude of 809 m above sea level. NN on the left side of the Dora Baltea . The population has decreased from 630 in 1881 to 374 (as of December 31, 2019). The neighboring municipalities of Saint-Denis are Antey-Saint-André , Chambave , Châtillon , Pontey , Torgnon and Verrayes .

During the time of fascism the village had the Italianized name of San Dionigi .
