Lillianes (Walser German Elljini ) is a northern Italian municipality with 444 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Aosta Valley . Lillianes is a member of the Unité des Communes valdôtaines Mont-Rose and is located near the entrance to the Lystal , a side valley of the Aosta Valley.
