Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses is an Italian commune with 329 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the autonomous region of Aosta Valley . The municipality lies on the orographic left side of the Dora Baltea at an average altitude of 1632  m slm and has a size of 65 km².

The neighboring communities are called Avise , Bourg-Saint-Pierre (Switzerland), Courmayeur , Gignod , La Salle , Orsières (Switzerland), Saint-Oyen and Saint-Pierre .

Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses is on the road to the Great St. Bernhard (district Cerisey). Parts of the old Roman road Via Francigena can still be seen in the vicinity.

During the time of fascism , the village had the Italianized name of San Remigio .
