Humes-Jorquenay is located on Route Nationale 19 from Paris to Basel between the cities of Chaumont in the north and Langres in the south. The road also connects the place to the A31 a few kilometers north of the municipality (junction Langres-Nord). The community had a small train station on the Paris – Mulhouse line .
