Culmont is a French commune with 539 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Langres and the canton of Chalindrey (until 2015 Fayl-Billot ). The inhabitants are called Culmontais .
