Villegusien-le-Lac is a French commune in the department of Haute-Marne in the region Grand Est . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langres and is part of the canton of Villegusien-le-Lac (until 2015: Longeau-Percey ). There are 1,002 people living in the municipality (as of January 1, 2017).

Villegusien-le-Lac is located about 44 kilometers south-southeast of Chaumont on the Vingeanne and the Canal de la Marne à la Saône . In the north lies the Lac de Villegusien .
