Rouvres-sur-Aube is a French commune with 96 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Langres and the canton of Villegusien-le-Lac ( Auberive until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Rouvrois .

Rouvres-sur-Aube is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Aubepierre-sur-Aube in the north and north-west, Giey-sur-Aujon in the north and north-east, Arbot in the east, Buxerolles in the south and south-west, Gurgy-le-Château in the south-west and Gurgy- la-Ville to the west and south-west.
