Perrancey-les-Vieux-Moulins is located in the north of the Langres plateau , about four kilometers west of Langres on the Lac de la Mouche . Perrancey-les-Vieux-Moulins is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Ciergues in the north, Langres in the east, Saints-Geosmes in the southeast, Noidant-le-Rocheux in the south and Courcelles-en-Montagne in the west.
