Perrancey-les-Vieux-Moulins is a French commune with 293 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Champagne-Ardenne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Langres and to the municipality association Grand Langres, founded in 2017 . The inhabitants are called campinois .

Perrancey-les-Vieux-Moulins is located in the north of the Langres plateau , about four kilometers west of Langres on the Lac de la Mouche . Perrancey-les-Vieux-Moulins is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Ciergues in the north, Langres in the east, Saints-Geosmes in the southeast, Noidant-le-Rocheux in the south and Courcelles-en-Montagne in the west.
