Thiéblemont-Farémont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Favresse in the north and north-west, Haussignémont in the north, Heiltz-le-Hutier in the east, Orconte in the south, Matignicourt-Goncourt in the south-west and Écriennes in the west.
