Itay Shalev Ben Tov (born July 24, 1994 ) is an Israeli ice hockey player who has been playing for Monfort Ma'alot in the Israeli ice hockey league since 2009 .

Career

Itay Shalev Ben Tov began his career at Monfort Ma'alot , for whom he made his debut in the Israeli ice hockey league at the age of 15 and continues to play to this day. In 2010 he won the Israeli championship title with the team from the mountains of the Upper Galilee .

International

In the junior division, Ben Tov played for Israel at the U18 World Championships in 2010 and 2011 in Division III.

For the men's national team , Ben Tov took part in Division II at the 2014 , 2015 , 2016 , 2017 and 2018 World Championships . He also represented his colors in the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 .
