Ján Jelenský is a former Czechoslovakian ski jumper .
Jelenský competed in a ski jumping World Cup in 1980 and 1984 and got one point each. He jumped his first World Cup on January 27, 1980 and reached 15th place in Zakopane and thus one World Cup point. He finished 99th at the end of the 1979/80 World Cup season , together with Sveinung Kirkelund , Rupert Gürtler , Thomas Prosser , Nirihiro Konno and Motoshi Iwasaki . On January 15, 1984, he jumped to 6th place in the World Cup show jumping in his home town of Liberec and achieved ten World Cup points. At the end of the 1983/84 World Cup season , he was 52nd in the overall ranking, together with Thomas Klauser , Vidar Johansen , Matthias Buse , Christian Hauswirth , Paul Erat and Manfred Deckert .
