Jessica da Silva Inchude (born March 25, 1996 in Lisbon ) is a Guinea-Bissauian shot putter and discus thrower who is also a Portuguese citizen.

Athletic career

Jessica Inchude gained her first international experience at the 2016 African Championships in Durban , where she finished fourth in the shot put with 15.44 m and ninth with the discus with a width of 44.30 m. In the shot put she took part in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and was eliminated there with 15.15 m in qualification . The following year she won the discus throw with 50.23 m at the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku and was fourth with the ball with 14.95 m. At the World Championships in London she did not reach the final with 14.63 m . In 2018 she won the silver medal in the shot put at the African Championships in Asaba with 16.76 m behind the South African Ischke Senekal and took fifth place in the discus throw with a throw at 49.44 m. She then finished eighth in the shot put at the Continental Cup in Ostrava with 14.51 m.

In 2015 Inchude became the Portuguese champion in the shot put outdoors and in 2016 indoors.
