Jörg Vincent Malotki (born October 10, 1969 in Aachen ) is a German actor .

Life

Malotki made his first films on Super 8 during his school days . After high school and community service , he did an internship at a small, independent film producer in Cologne. Further jobs in film and television behind the camera followed, until he finally made the decision to switch to the camera in the ZDF miniseries Um die 30 , where he worked as a material assistant. Malotki went to New York in 1995 at the HB Studio drama school. He has lived in Germany again since the late 1990s and works mainly as an actor for television productions, but occasionally also behind the camera. With “The Sandra Situation” he wrote a screenplay for the first time in 2007, produced the film together with Ingo Hamacher Bellacoola and played the leading role. Malotki tours Germany as a permanent member of the ensemble with the comedy group Café Kølbert. He is represented as an actor by Peter Wohlgemuth, Bizzybody Agency, in Cologne.
