Jewish cemetery (Kruft)

The Jewish cemetery Kruft is a Jewish cemetery in Kruft , a local community in the district of Mayen-Koblenz in Rhineland-Palatinate . The cemetery is a protected cultural monument and is located in town on the main road on the edge of the general cemetery.

history

The Jewish cemetery in Kruft was laid out around 1930; previously the dead were buried in the shared Jewish cemetery in Nickenich . Today there are two tombstones ( mazewot ) from 1932 and 1935, probably the only burials in the cemetery.
