The Winterswick Jewish Cemetery is located in Winterswick , a district of the city of Rheinberg in the Wesel district in North Rhine-Westphalia . As a Jewish cemetery , it is a monument and has been registered in the list of monuments since January 16, 2008 under monument number 198 . 42 tombstones have been preserved in the cemetery on Moerser Strasse .

The cemetery was occupied from 1702 to 1933. When the cemetery was desecrated in 2006, around 20 tombstones were knocked over and destroyed.
