Juerg Ramspeck

Jürg Ramspeck (born September 17, 1936 ; † December 27, 2017 in Zurich ) was a Swiss journalist .

Ramspeck grew up in Zurich. From 1956 to 1963 he worked as a journalist for Weltwoche , then for Züri-Leu and Zürcher Woche . From 1980 to 1997 he worked again at Weltwoche , including 14 years as editor-in-chief with Rudolf Bächtold .

Under the pseudonym Oskar Nebel , Ramspeck wrote his gloss on the bottom for years . From 1997 he (werk) wrote a daily column in the tabloid Blick , most recently in Blick am Abend . In 2002 he was honored with the Zurich Journalism Prize for his life's work. With a combo of which film director Rolf Lyssy is also a member, he also played mainstream jazz every Thursday in the bar of the Zurich Hotel Eden au Lac . He was married to the society reporter Hildegard Schwaninger and had one child with her. He had three children from his first marriage.

Ramspeck died on December 27, 2017 after a brief serious illness at the age of 81 in his hometown of Zurich.
