Jürgen Mack (born June 3, 1958 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German entrepreneur.

Life

Jürgen Mack was born as the second son of Liesel and Franz Mack . He grew up with his brother Roland Mack in Waldkirch , where he also passed his Abitur. Jürgen Mack then studied from 1978 to 1986 at the University of Karlsruhe, where he graduated with a degree in industrial engineering.

After completing his studies in 1986, Jürgen Mack became a partner in Europa-Park alongside his father Franz and his brother Roland . Jürgen Mack is also a partner in the Mack Rides company in Waldkirch.

Jürgen Mack, together with his brother Roland Mack, is managing partner of Europa-Park in Rust .

Jürgen Mack is married and has a son and a daughter.

Jürgen Mack got involved in the social project We Help Africa for the Soccer World Cup 2010 in South Africa, for which he acted as city sponsor for the city of Karlsruhe .

  • 2008: Lorenz Werthmann Medal from Caritas for his social commitment
  • 2011: Honorary citizen of Sélestat (Waldkirch's twin town)
  • 2015: Medal of Honor from the community of Rust
