JC Brandy
Justine Chelsea "JC" Brandy (born November 15, 1975 in Chelsea , London ) is a British actress and musician .
Life
Brandy attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art . She had her first television appearance in 1989 in the film Wolf and also played in the following television series of the same name. Further appearances in series followed, such as in Palm Beach Duo (1992–1998), Raumschiff Enterprise: The Next Century (1993), Murder Is Her Hobby (1995), Strong Medicine: Two Doctors Like Fire And Ice (2001), CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators (2004) and Zeit der Sehnsucht (2005).
Films she starred in include A Father on the Run (1991), Halloween VI - The Curse of Michael Myers (1995), Dogstar (1997), Devil in the Blood (1998), Lucinda's Spell (1998), I'm the Elephant, U Are the Mouse (1998), Prometheus Bound (2002), Comedy Hell (2006), Love dares new ways (2007) and Prank (2008). In 2003 she won an award for best actress at the Biarritz International Short Film Festival for her role in the short film God's Helper .
Brandy is also a guitarist and songwriter in the women's rock band Lo-Ball and contributed to the soundtrack in Shadows of Truth .
She met her husband Nathaniel Kunkel while recording their band, whose album he was supposed to mix. The two have a daughter.
