Jacqueline Bernhardt (born February 13, 1977 in Leipzig ) is a fully qualified German lawyer , lawyer , state politician ( PDS , Die Linke ) and has been a member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2011 .

biography

After attending school in Borsdorf and A levels in Taucha , Jacqueline Bernhardt studied law at the University of Leipzig from 1995 to 2001 . She passed the second state examination in 2003 . She continued her studies with postgraduate studies in European law in Vienna and Leipzig . From 2005 to 2007 she worked as a freelance lawyer in Ludwigslust. She then worked as a research assistant at the state parliament, then with the parliamentary group of the Left Party.

Jacqueline Bernhardt joined the then Die Linke.PDS party in 2005 . From 2009 to 2014 she was a member of the community council of Groß Laasch . Since 2012 she has been a member of the district council of the Ludwigslust-Parchim district . In the state elections on September 4, 2011 , she received a member of parliament through her party's state list, as well as in the state elections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 2016 , where she was number 5 on the state list. In September 2016, she was elected deputy group leader.
