Jaktorów is a village and seat of the rural community of the same name in the powiat Grodziski of the Masovian Voivodeship , Poland . It is located 37 km southwest of Warsaw in central eastern Poland.

history
In the vicinity of Jaktorów the last aurochs ever lived before their extinction , the last, a cow, died here in 1627. These aurochs had previously been protected, but in vain. To this day, a memorial stone in Jaktorów commemorates the last aurochs.
