Jana Bauke

Jana Bauke (* 1968 ) is a German actress , radio play speaker , lecturer and director of the Saxony Theater Academy in Delitzsch .

Life

Bauke studied German literature and history at the Humboldt University in Berlin from 1988 to 1989 . From 1989 to 1994 she completed her acting training at the Anklam Theater. In addition to the Theater Academy Saxony, Bauke also heads the BAFF Theater in Delitzsch, which was founded in 1992. The aim is to promote talented actors and promote the interests of art and culture across all age groups. Among other things, she works as a lecturer at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig .

Artistic work

In 1991 she played in the film " Stilles Land " by Andreas Dresen. From 1994 to 1995 she worked at the Volksbühne Berlin and until 1999 at the Theater der Altmark Stendal. In 1999 she had an engagement at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg . In 2000, Bauke played at the bat studio theater in Berlin. She played in the Magdeburg Theater from 2001 to 2002, before she worked at the State Theater in Cottbus in 2002 and at the Leipzig Theater until 2008 . In 2018 Bauke played the role of the beaver in the play "The Great Journey" at the Landschektiven Theater in Bad Düben .

On television, Bauke initially cast supporting roles in the film “A Mother for Anna”, which appeared in 2004, and in 2007 in the SOKO Leipzig special “Istanbul Connection”. Since then she has taken on the supporting role of team doctor Dr. Sawatzki. Bauke filled other supporting roles in 2009 in the film “ Liebe Mauer ” by Peter Timm , in 2012 in the movie by David Dietl “König für Deutschland” and in 2013 in the film “ Bornholmer Straße ” by Christian Schwochow . In 2013 she worked in Kristin Franke's short film “Schwarzer Zucker” and as an actress in the ZDF television series “ Aktenzeichen XY… ungelöst ”. She took over the role of Regina Leister in the television series " In allerfreundschaft". In 2019 she was in Wolfsland: Visitation .
