Janjina (it. Jagnina ) is a municipality in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County , Croatia . The municipality is located on the Pelješac peninsula near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina . Janjina has a small fishing port and has 551 residents, almost all of whom are Croatians .
Janjina became self-employed in 1997. Before that the place belonged to the parish of Ston .
