Blato (it. Blatta ) is a village in Croatia on the island of Korčula ( Dubrovnik-Neretva County ). The municipality has 3,593 inhabitants according to the 2011 census. Blato is located in the interior of the island, about 4 km from the coast and on the road from Korčula to Vela Luka . Agriculture is practiced, especially viticulture and olives. Tourism is also an important industry.

There are remains of Roman settlements in Blato. The Romanesque-Gothic church of St. Jerome dates back to the 14th century.
