Tim Jannik Pörner (born July 13, 1994 in Hamburg ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Pörner, who comes from a volleyball family, began his sporting career in 2006 with his home club 1. VC Norderstedt . In 2009, at the age of 15, he moved to Schweriner SC , with whom he became German U20 runner-up in 2011 and 2012 . In the 2011/12 season he also played at SV Warnemünde in the regional league. With the junior national team, he finished eighth at the U20 European Championships in Italy in 2012. Then the diagonal attacker moved to the second division team KMTV Eagles Kiel . Since 2014 Pörner has been playing for the newly promoted Bundesliga SVG Lüneburg , with whom he reached the DVV Cup final in 2015 .
