Jasen Fisher

Jasen Lee Fisher (* 1980 in Chicago ) is a former American actor. As a child actor , he won the Young Artist Award (then still Youth in Film Award) in the category Outstanding Young Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture together with other actors from the film Hook .

biography

Fisher had his first appearance in a movie in 1989 as the son of Steve Martin and Dianne Wiest in the comedy Eine Wahnsinnsfamilie (Original title: Parenthood ) by Ron Howard . This role earned him a nomination for the Young Artist Award for best supporting actor the following year. Also in 1990 he starred alongside Anjelica Huston and Mai Zetterling in the fantasy film Hexen hexen (original title: The Witches ), for which he received a nomination for the Saturn Award for best young actor the following year , which Adan Jodorowsky won. He had his last film appearance in 1991 as one of the "lost boys" in the film Hook by Steven Spielberg . For this role, he and other actors from the film received the Young Artist Award in the category Outstanding Young Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture in 1993 , and thus at least one nomination for a film award for every film of his career . After that he no longer appeared as an actor.
