Jay Electronica (2010)

Jay Electronica (* 1976 in New Orleans ; real name Timothy Elpadaro Thedford ; later also called Je'Ri Allah ) is an American rapper and producer from New Orleans. His best known works include Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) , Exhibit A and Exhibit C . In the meantime he is considered to be the hope of hip hop and receives support from many famous hip hop artists such as Nas , Mos Def , Q-Tip and Erykah Badu , with whom he was in a relationship until 2009 and has a child.

On November 12th, 2010 it was officially announced that Jay Electronica had signed with Jay-Z's new label Roc Nation .

Jay Electronica has not officially announced a music album yet , but has already released two songs: Exhibit A (Transformations) , which is on the soundtrack for EA Sports Fight Night Round 4, and Exhibit C , which reached # 86 on Billboard Hot R & B / Hip-Hop Songs .

Another song worth mentioning is Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) , on which he goes to the score for Vergiss mein nicht! raps without drums or percussions .

Jay Electronica got his first job as a producer from Nas . He then produced the first song on his album Untitled , Queens Get the Money .

Future projects include his first studio album Act II: Patents of Nobility , as well as an album with Center Edge Territory, a group consisting of Mos Def , Curren $ y and Jay Electronica himself.
