Jean-Jacques Schweitzer (born January 10, 1920 in Strasbourg , Département Bas-Rhin ; † 1993 ) was a French naval officer of the Navy , who last served as Vice-Admiral (Vice-amiral d'escadre) between 1976 and 1980 as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Navy (Major général de la Marine) was.

Life

In 1979 he was promoted to Vice Admiral (Vice-amiral d'escadre) . His successor as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Navy was Rear Admiral Philippe Ausseur in 1980 . For his services, he became commander of the Legion of Honor .
