In the 2014/15 season, thanks to a "double license", he also played for the Cuxhaven BasCats in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA .

In the 2015/16 season Martin was a regular at the Hertener Löwen , but had to accept relegation from the 2nd Bundesliga ProB with the team . In 2016 he moved to another ProB club, Licher BasketBären , and was also part of the extended squad of Bundesliga club Gießen 46ers , who worked with Lich. He played two short Bundesliga appearances for Giessen in the 2016/17 season, his main field of activity was Lich (28 games, 11.4 points on average).

In June 2017 Martin was signed by the third division (ProB) Rostock Seawolves . In mid-December 2017 he parted ways with the Hanseatic League and switched to league competitor ETB Essen at the beginning of 2018 . The Essen-based company filed for bankruptcy shortly before the end of the 2018/19 season, and during the 2019 summer break, Martin was signed by the regional division Dragons Rhöndorf  .
