Death by the Sea is a German TV film directed by Johannes Fabrick in 2000 . It is the pilot of the ZDF crime film series Jenny Berlin , which was broadcast from 2002 under the title Operation in Hamburg .

action

In the event of a robbery on a video store , in which the youngster Sascha Klein seriously injured the owner and successfully pulled the stolen property away, the criminal police turned the offender over for a search. The investigation reveals that Klein's father is a two-time police officer murderer who has now been released from prison after serving his sentence. His father had sent his son a VHS in the video store he had robbed, which he should definitely watch.
