Andreas Guenther (born September 18, 1973 in Graz ) is a German actor .

Life

Andreas Guenther was born on September 18, 1973 in Graz and grew up in Konstanz on Lake Constance . When he was fourteen he came to a foster family. After graduating from the Waldorf School in Überlingen , he moved to Munich , where he worked in bars and as a driver for various film productions. At that time he was approached by a director and played his first role in Sönke Wortmann's remake of Charley's Aunt in 1996 . In the same year he played his first leading role in the short film Martin - The First Time .

From 1997 to 2000 he took private acting and speaking lessons and completed several acting workshops. In 1999 he played a supporting role in the film Anatomy as well as the leading role in the television crime thriller Einsatz in Hamburg . In 2001 Guenther moved to Berlin. Since then he has appeared in numerous cinema and television films as well as television series. In 2002 he played in God is dead and in the international cinema project Baltic Storm . In 2006 he was seen in both the film FC Venus - Attack is the Best Defense and in the television film Dresden .

In 2006 he had appearances in various television series, such as SK Kölsch , Donna Leon and 2007 in Die Forensic Medicine , A Strong Team , in Tatort and in Der Dicke .
