Die Guten und die Böse is a German TV film by Johannes Grieser from 2017 . It is the twenty-eighth episode of the ZDF crime film series Unter Verdacht with Senta Berger as Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek in the lead role.

Thirteen-year-old Walid committed suicide by throwing himself off the roof of his refugee shelter during a police operation . The press quickly got wind of it and the next day the headline of the Munich daily newspaper was: 13-year-old refugee jumps to his death and the police are watching . This makes the investigation of Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek, who learns from Walid's roommate Chandu that he was very afraid of the young Djamal. Prohacek also questions the colleagues who had to watch the boy's fall during their operation.
