action

The young Anne Böhm is on the phone with her mother. She is in the house opposite with her friend Marleen so that her mother can wave to her. Anne wants to stay with her friend. The other day a young woman is found dead. Chief Detective Officer Alexander Bukow, who has just returned from Berlin to his hometown Rostock , mingles with the onlookers and, when asked what happened there, the answer is that it is definitely one of the Koma kids who always have their parties here Drink till you drop. A man makes himself suspicious by piling up. Katrin König from the LKA pursues him on foot, what Bukow sees, who chases after them both in his car. The man escapes them anyway. Only now do König and Bukow introduce themselves to each other. It should be their first collaboration. A little later, King Bukow's superior Henning Röder told her that she had the unpleasant task from Berlin to observe Bukow, as there were some irritations in his past . Röder immediately stands up for his colleague and says that Bukow is a good police officer. To which Katrin König replied that they had to solve a murder, their "snooping" would just have to wait. Röder later emphasizes again that Bukow definitely could not have been bought. To which the king replies that that is good, then she won't find anything either.

The dead is later identified by her parents as Anne Böhm. The mother collapses crying on the corpse of her daughter. Anne's friend Marleen is missing. The autopsy reveals that Anne had sexual intercourse shortly before she died. The time of death is estimated at 1.30 a.m. König suspects that Anne was given knockout drops by the perpetrator to make her compliant. When she died, he reacted in panic and tried a heart massage . During a search of Anne's room, König wants to know from her mother whether she has already been sexually active. “She was only 13”, is Ms. Böhm's answer. Interrogations with friends of the dead reveal that the missing Marleen was initially at the party, but was not seen later. Then Marleen is also found dead, it should be faked that she drowned, which is not the case. Marleen has been suffocated. In the meantime, Bukow is investigating a pub without consulting König. There he asks about the mysterious "Russian". Lulu Möllner, a friend of the two dead, claims to have seen Anne and Marleen with a "Russian". According to her information, Pöschel had a phantom picture of this man drawn. Also important is Lulu's statement that Anne wanted to lose her innocence that evening at all costs, that she “made out” with the Russian.

When KHK Bukow receives a call from his wife, you can hear him saying on the phone that she should lock everything and stay inside with the children. He will come immediately. In fact, he can get hold of a young man he's been pretty tough with. When his wife complains and says that it doesn't work that way, not again, Bukow suddenly says that she is paranoid . The young man defends himself by arguing that he came to Bukow because "Bukow is one of them" - he grew up here in the neighborhood. He didn't kill Anne. Rather, it was so that Anne absolutely wanted to sleep with him, she was very keen on it, and then they just did it. Anne would have wanted to go to a party and he would not, so she was angry and just ran away. Katrin König takes the 13-year-old student named Tom Becker home with her for the night, because Röder thinks that he can't just keep him there and that she wants to see him anyway. The young man tells the officer that he actually didn't want to sleep with Anne because he has a girlfriend, that they love each other and plan a future together. But he did not want to disappoint Anne because she absolutely wanted to. During a further interrogation, Bukow attacks the boy sharply and says he doesn't believe him. Becker, however, claims that Anne wanted to go to Koslow, a Russian. He would kill him if he said anything. He also says that there will be another illegal party this evening.

König and Pöschel enter Koslow through an open balcony door. When the sleeping man wakes up, he overpowers Pöschel and seriously injures his hand by almost biting off his finger. When the Russian flees, König follows him and she manages to arrest him together with Bukow, who was sitting in the car in front of the house. When he was questioned, he insisted on calling in his lawyer and pretended not to speak a word of German. He claims to have played cards with other Russians. Little does he know that Bukov, who was present at the interrogation, understands and speaks Russian very well and knows that Koslow has instructed his lawyer to go to the witnesses quickly and prepare them for their testimony. Koslow is therefore released again after a short time. However, Buckow had previously threatened him that he would make sure that he would soon no longer like it in Rostock, because he had good contacts to his Russian colleagues with whom he would probably like to continue working. A little later, Pöschel made his colleague Bukow ill at König, lost himself in hints about something in Berlin and said that he was wondering, for example, how Bukow had or could afford to finance his house.

While jogging , Katrin König receives a call from Anne Böhm's mother. She lets the officer know that her husband had found documents on Anne that showed that the school's youth director and Marleen's father had approached her daughter. When the latter is interrogated, he is indignant that she was 13 and that he has known Anne since kindergarten. You wrote him a letter. But he explained to her that she was far too young for him. She replied that she would then wait until she was old enough because she didn't want to sleep with anyone else, only with him. Then King realizes that Tom lied to her. A little later she says to Bukow that Lulu and Tom are a couple and Lulu would protect Tom. Under no circumstances did Anne voluntarily sleep with Tom. He gave her drops and then raped her. When questioned again, Lulu admits that Tom only gave Anne a few drugs and then she simply died. Marleen would have noticed something and "made stress". König then wants to know what they would have done with Marleen. Lulu does not comment specifically on this and simply does not want to see who Tom really is. Reluctantly, she reveals where he is hiding. As the officers approach his hiding place, a shipyard, Tom Becker sees them, who is on the upper deck, and wants to leave. The young man manages to reach a motorboat, but the engine stalls when he tries to drive away. König then jumps into the water, but is repeatedly pushed under water by Tom in cold blood when she wants to get on the boat. Bukow then shoots the young man in the leg.

The police station has just received another report: "Young Russian found on a motorboat, overdose ... You don't know exactly." Buckow then: "Or Pöschel paid him back."

TV Spielfilm summarized "Milieu study of rare precision" and gave five out of five possible stars. Rainer Tittelbach from tittelbach.tv said: “The team from 'Meck-Pomm-Polizeiruf' is new and has moved: 'Tatort Rostock' is a good place, Alexander Bukow and Katrin König are a down-to-earth duo and Charly Hübner and Anneke Kim Sarnau die matching faces. A physically strong entry and a hero under suspicion of corruption, authentic characters and a realistic impression. ” Kino.de said that the film was“ completely successful ”,“ especially since it differs from the other 'Tatort' and 'Police Call' structures [have] set a clear maxim: The main characters are not the respective episode guests, but the investigators. "The television magazine Hörzu said:" Strong 1st case for the Rostock 'police call' team König / Bukow "and further judged" Great start of the strong team "And gave the highest rating" Great ".
