The Moment of Truth is a German TV film by Matthias Tiefenbacher from 2002 . It is the fourth episode of the ZDF crime film series Einsatz in Hamburg , the first two films of which were broadcast under the series title Jenny Berlin .

Raoul Stein is a pedophile sex offender who is released after years. Stein had once murdered a little girl for sexual reasons. His wife and daughter Carla want nothing more to do with him. Stein pulls through the city and he spontaneously goes to a children's show, where he is shot by a masked motorcyclist. Jenny Berlin and her team start the investigation.
