Jessica Marie Lowndes (born November 8, 1988 in Vancouver , British Columbia ) is a Canadian actress and singer . Between 2005 and 2008, Lowndes appeared in various supporting and guest roles in television films and series, and in 2008 he was in front of the camera for a leading role in Autopsy . From 2009 to 2013 she was part of the main cast of the television series 90210 , in which she appeared since 2008. In 2012 she stood in front of the camera for the horror musical film The Devil's Carnival and sang the song In All My Dreams I Drown , a duet with Terrance Zdunich, in the film .
