action

At the beginning you can see how the auto mechanic Paul, who briefly nodded off in his workshop, remembers the bomb attack that cost the lives of the wife and daughter of the gangster Omar before his eyes.

Paul now leads a decent life in Mississippi, USA, and has a teenage daughter. He is widowed and those around him know nothing about his past as an ice-cold professional killer. When his daughter Beth disappears without a trace, he begins a desperate search for her. People who do not help him right away are forced to do so by him with brute force. Beth's friend Angela is forced to join him. He learns from a gangster that his daughter has switched to harder drugs and mentions the pharmacist , a well-known drug dealer. Paul brings Angela to safety with his friend Sam, also a professional killer. He visits the dealer The Apothecary in his apartment. He lives in a kind of loft where his junkies get drugs directly from him. His heavily armed bodyguards are everywhere in the house. When Paul arrives there, he finds his daughter who is drugged. The pharmacist has a deal with Omar. He was supposed to lure Paul into a trap, take him prisoner and then hand him over to Omar so that he can take revenge on Paul for the death of his wife and daughter. But nothing will come of this plan. Paul kills the pharmacist and his bodyguard. Then he shoots his way free and disappears with his daughter. Omar is now putting Mark, his best man, on the case. This sits down on Paul's trail. Paul, Beth and Sam split up from Angela and shortly afterwards Mark shows up with several killers and kidnaps Beth. Sam and Paul split up, and Mark brings Beth to see Omar as planned. Paul drives to an arms dealer whose father was a friend of his and arms himself. A showdown takes place at Omar's company headquarters. Paul kills all security guards present. Omar wants to kill the daughter Beth in front of Paul and accuses him of having killed his family at the time. Paul says life as a criminal was like war and Omar's family was collateral damage. Then he fights with Mark, kills him and then Omar. He and his daughter leave the company building, where Angela is waiting for them.
