Life

Alissowa-Klobukowa attended from 1907 in St. Petersburg the higher natural science courses for women corresponding to the grammar school and founded in 1903 by the baroness Maria Alexandrovna Lochwizkaja-Skalon and then studied 1912–1915 in the higher Bestushev courses for women with Vladimir Leontjewitsch Komarov . She also worked in the Bestushev courses and then in the herbarium of the Petrograd Botanical Garden , where she gave information about the flora of Yakutia .

In 1917 Alissowa-Klobukowa went to the Far East . In Nikolsk-Ussuriysk , on Komarows initiative, she organized a botanical cabinet for the department of the Russian Geographical Society (RGO) there for the study of the flora of the Far East (today Komarov station Gorno-Tajoschnoje of the Russian Academy of Sciences near Ussuriysk ) and then headed it. She led botanical excursions in the environment by, at the Suifun and its tributaries, the Sutschan - mine and the Sutschan River, on Lake Khanka , at the Ilistaja and other rivers. She also explored the surroundings of Vladivostok and Russki . Together with Komarow she wrote the two-volume identification book for the plants of the Far East region, which appeared in 1931–1932. Then she was deputy director of various institutions of the South Ussuriysk department of the RGO, including the Ivan Vladimirovich Michurin station and the silk building station as well as of libraries and herbaria.

In 1934 Alissowa-Klobukowa had to leave the Far East due to illness. She settled in Ufa and worked in the Bashkir soil science botany office and in the Ufa Botanical Garden. She repeatedly carried out botanical excursions and laid out herbaria of the flora of Bashkiria .
