The Jihlávka ( German Little Hedgehog ) is a right tributary of the Jihlava in the Czech Republic .

geography

The Jihlávka rises one and a half kilometers northeast of Pavlov at the southern foot of the Kamenny Kopec ( 650  m ) in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands . Zhořec, Stonařov , Prostředkovice, Suchá , Beranovec, Loučky, Vílanec , Čížov , Rančířov , Domky and Sasov lie along their course to the north . The Jihlávka then flows east of the old town of Jihlava and flows into the Jihlava after 23.8 km at the foot of the Calvary. Its catchment area covers 106.4 km².

In Jihlava there is a zoological garden on the right bank of the river.
