Jimmy Keegan
James Edward Keegan (born November 3, 1969 in Van Nuys , Los Angeles , California , USA ) is an American drummer and actor .
Life
Keegan became known to a wider audience as the tour drummer of the American progressive rock band Spock's Beard since the album Feel Euphoria . Keegan can be heard on the live albums Gluttons for Punishment and Live .
He also played as a studio drummer on the song "Primavera" on the album Supernatural by Carlos Santana . as well as live and studio drummer with Kenny Loggins .
In 2009 he played alongside other well-known drummers on the album The Fading Ghosts of Twilight by the Swedish retro-prog band Agents of Mercy , a project by guitarist Roine Stolt ( The Flower Kings , Transatlantic ).
Since 2011 he has been a permanent member of Spock's Beard .
