Jindřich Balcar (born March 22, 1950 in Jablonec nad Nisou ; † November 21, 2013 in Liberec , Czech Republic ) was a Czechoslovakian ski jumper .

Balcar made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament 1974/75 . After a 25th place in Oberstdorf and a 41st place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , a 13th place followed in Innsbruck and 16th place in Bischofshofen . In the end he finished 17th in the overall ranking of the tour. A year later for the Four Hills Tournament in 1975/76 he achieved placements among the top twenty in all jumping competitions. He reached 15th place in Oberstdorf, 11th in Garmisch, 20th in Innsbruck and 13th in Bischofshofen. In the end, he was 13th in the overall tour score. At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, he came in 27th after jumping 88 and 81 meters.

Jindřich Balcar was the older brother of Jaroslav Balcar , who was also successful as a ski jumper .
